DANIEL'S DREAM

“There is a God in heaven that reveals secrets, and makes known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days." Daniel 2.28

The Prophet Daniel’s prominence grew by his ability to interpret king Nebuchadnezzar dream. In his dream the king saw an image of a man.

Radical Islam is calling for a worldwide Muslim hegemony. Islam's terrorist attacks around the world, ongoing armed conflict with western nations, demonstrations against the United States and persecution of non-Muslims in Islamic countries cause people much dread today. Europe has become more Islamic. Whole neighborhoods in England and France have virtually become “off-limits” to non-Muslims. Especially unsettling is the quest by Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad for nuclear weapons. He is frank about his goal of IRAN HAVING NUCLEAR WEAPONS, His bluntly stated goal is to annihilate Israel in a nuclear holocaust and destroy the United States and western civilization. Benjamin Netanyahu, former Prime Minister of Israel, observed: “Hitler started a war and then tried to develop an atomic bomb, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is building nuclear weapons first and will then start a war. |
However God’s plan for man does not include Islamic totalitarianism any more than it did Hitler’s Third Reich ruling the world.

“THUS SAITH THE LORD: BEHOLD I AM AGAINST THEE 0 GOG (Russia)...I WILL PUT HOOKS INTO YOUR JAWS AND BRING YOU FORTH, AND ALL YOUR ARMY...PERSIA (Iran) ETHIOPIA, AND LIBYA WITH YOU...AND YOU SHALL COME UP AGAINST ISRAEL AS A CLOUD OVER THE LAND...I WILL BRING YOU AGAINST MY LAND...AND MY FURY SHALL COME UP IN MY FACE...AND I WILL RAIN UPON YOU AND YOUR BANDS, AND UPON THE MANY PEOPLE WITH YOU, AN OVERFLOWING RAIN, AND GREAT HAILSTONES, FIRE AND BRIMSTONE.” (Ezekiel. 38:3—22)

And brutal enforcement by the authorities are forecast for the future. There is no escape. It has been foretold in scripture. The following is a description of the first 'beast', or the ruling world wide authority of the end times and the man who heads that government..
Without warning he shall destroy them. So great will he fancy himself to be that he will even take on the Prince of Princes in battle; but in doing so he will seal his own doom. He shall be broken by the hand of God, though no human means could overpower him." Daniel 8:23-25 The Living Bible
God revealed this knowledge to the prophet Daniel 600 years before Christ. However, the understanding of Daniel's interpretation of king Nebuchadnezzar's dream has been "sealed until the last days" .
"He will arouse himself in all his strength and courage and lead a great army against the king of the south, but the king of the south shall press the campaign against him with a very great and numerous army; yet the king of the south will not persist, for traitors will lay their plots.
“Those who eat at his board shall be his undoing. His army will be swept away, and many will fall on the field of battle. The two kings will be bent on mischief and, sitting at the same table, will lie to each other with advantage to neither...Then one will return with a long baggage train, and with anger in his heart against the Holy Covenant; he will work his will and return to his own land." Daniel 11: 25-28
"An angry king shall rise to power with great shrewdness and intelligence. His power shall be mighty, but it will be satanic strength and not his own. Prospering wherever he turns, he will destroy all who oppose him, though their armies be mighty, and he will devastate God's people. He will be a master of deception, defeating many by catching them off guard as they bask in false security”.

This man of "fierce countenance" - yet so suave and persuasive - will in the end be cast into hell with the false prophet and Satan. |
The European Union will be the last Roman empire. God, himself will destroy this great empire. And in one hour the city of Rome shall be utterly destroyed. Probably at the time Almighty God intervenes in the last Middle East conflict. Hailstones as heavy as a 100lb bag of cement will contribute to the destruction of those armies whose nations have invaded the territories surrounding Israel with the intention to invade and conquer this small nation.
